Before Your Massage: Arrive for your appointment 15 minutes early. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. (You may disrobe to your own
level of comfort.) You are welcome to bring your own CDs to play during your massage.
If anything is uncomfortable, distracting, or not to your liking,
please communicate this to your massage therapist.

After Your Massage:
Drink plenty of water to rinse out the toxins released during your
massage. This will help to prevent soreness. If soreness occurs, ice the area for approximately 5 minutes at
a time.
