Winter Solstice marks the shortest day and longest night of the year. It is celebrated all throughout the world, as the the beginning of winter, and also as the time when that darkness begins to give way to light.
Join Shivon in welcoming winter with an hour long practice followed by deep relaxing poses and a short guided meditation. All levels welcome.
About the Instructor: Shivon has been studying yoga and meditation as healing practices since 2003 and teaching since 2010. She is the Director of Studio Culture at Mellow Massage and Yoga, a freelance nutrition educator, an avid gardener and burgeoning medicine woman.
