Connect with your partner or bring a friend/date for a 2 hour couples yoga class where partners will be led through a relaxing and intimate experience of gentle stretching, connected breathing, guided meditation, and assisted partner yoga poses. This is not an acroyoga or vinyasa class. Rather, a gentle partner assisted slow flow class suitable for all bodies and experience levels.
Explore trust, balance, support and playfulness through mirrored postures, heartfelt communication. This workshop is open to all couples and is LGBTQ friendly. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
