Yoga for Runners offers runners and athletes alike a unique approach to yoga that allows the athlete to target the muscles most often used for running. These larger muscles tend to be stiff, tight, and if not properly stretched, could lead to injury. Learn to get deep into the muscle tissues to increase flexibility, range of motion, and receive tools to help prevent injury. Beginners are welcome!
Cost is $20 if you register in advance. $25 at the door.

Caitlin Kelly is a Registered Yoga Teacher living and working in Philadelphia. She found yoga at a young age, and never looked back. She teaches Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative, Yoga for Athletes, as well as Kids and Prenatal Yoga. When Caitlin isn't teaching Yoga, she is teaching elementary Health and Physical Education and coaching middle school and high school sports. Teaching is Caitlin's passion, and she strives to create a loving, safe space for all of her students to learn and grow.
