#SelfCareSunday Series: Partner Yoga & Thai Massage

Join us for our #SelfcareSunday series. Featuring monthly workshops to help you take care of you!

This month, Vanessa will guide you through a fun partner yoga sequence, and a series of stretching, and movement techniques based on the traditions of Thai Massage. This workshop is friendly for all levels. No previous yoga or massage experience is necessary! Come by yourself or with a friend!


About Instructor

VANESSA HAZZARD is the Yoga Studio Director of Mellow Massage & Yoga, as well as an internationally trained massage and bodyworker. She has trained in Traditional Thai Massage with a private tutor in the United States, and with International Training Massage (ITM) School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Vanessa has been conducting workshops for massage professionals, and the general public, since 2007. As a certified yoga teacher, Vanessa enjoys teaching vinyasa, partner yoga and body positive yoga.
