Stress and anxiety are common in today’s society. Unfortunately, unmanaged stress and anxiety have a negative impact on our health. In this workshop, Vanessa Hazzard will teach you effective self-care techniques to help manage stress in a variety of ways. In this workshop, you will learn:

  • Breathing and Yoga-Based Movement Exercises
  • Simple Aromatherapy for Stress Relief
