Anna has a wide range of experience including working with individuals who have limited mobility, scoliosis, chronic pain, movement disorders including Parkinson's and cancer survivors. Anna began practicing yoga over ten years ago while studying classical ballet and found yoga to be a holistic healer from chronic back pain. She was inspired to teach yoga to help students find their own footing on their yogic path, specifically one of wellness through the mind body connection. In classes you’ll find humor and compassion with a focus on breath, alignment and finding a sense of ease in the body.
