About the Instructor: Mia discovered yoga in 1998, in her very first yoga class she knew it was going to be something she did for the rest of her life. She completed several yoga teacher trainings and began teaching in 2004. She is a perpetual yoga student and has taken her practice from a purely physical practice to a lifestyle she lives each and every day. She currently owns a yoga studio in Mechanicsburg, PA (Sangha Yoga) and leads teacher training programs annually. In 2013 after dealing with some medical issues with her son and getting frustrated with doctors and medicines, etc. she decided to take back control of her family’s health and started using doterra essential oils. Mia has eliminated almost every over the counter medicine from her home along with many other toxic products and replaced them with doterra essential oils. Mia loves sharing her love and passion of yoga and essential oils with everybody.
