About the Instructor: Lindsay Jamison is a visual artist, yoga & Reiki practitioner, mindfulness instructor and retreat facilitator. She loves traveling, dancing and being immersed in the natural world. Her mission is to make mindfulness practices accessible to heal, inspire, empower and educate our community at large. Lindsay is passionate about combining mandala-making, mixed media art, movement and mindfulness practices to develop innovative educational programs to serve the community. Lindsay specializes in Hatha yoga, Mindful Yoga and Chair yoga as well as mindfulness meditation and Reiki. Her aim is to meet each student where they are to provide a platform of self discovery through various processes for positive transformation. She is passionate about sharing tools for living a balanced lifestyle full of awareness, equanimity and positivity.
