A new year brings the opportunity to recommit to yourself and create habits that nourish and sustain. Meditation helps us to draw our attention inward, so that we can be more aware and present in our everyday lives. It is a practice and this is a wonderful place to begin. In this one hour meditation, Kimya will guide you through scanning your body to assess its needs and then into meditation. No meditation experience necessary!
