All services are for therapeutic purposes only. Please do not contact Mellow if you are seeking any kind of illegal/inappropriate sexual or erotic/sensual services.

Cancellation:
All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic $25 late-cancellation fee. In the event of a no show, the cost of your FULL SESSION will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee your reservation.

Scheduling:

*Note: Groupon appointments can be booked online. Please scroll to the bottom of the massage list to select your groupon massage session of choice.

Gratuities:
Though not required nor included in the price of your massage, gratuities are always welcome and appreciated.

Payment:
Payments by cash, persona check, and all major credit cards are accepted.

Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse to perform massage on anyone whom the Massage Therapist deems to have a condition for which massage is contraindicated.

For Pregnant Clients:
Massage may be unsafe for clients who are in their first trimester (0-13 weeks) of pregnancy. Therefore, Mellow will not be able to accommodate these clients. For those who are at least in the second trimester, the prenatal/pregnancy massage is designed to provide the most comfort. When scheduling over the phone, inform us immediately if you are pregnant to avoid any confusion on the day of your session. Also, please select the prenatal/pregnancy massage when scheduling online.
