Prenatal Yoga Series

This 4-week prenatal series will guide you through breathing and movement techniques which will help nurture you and baby/babies during this very special time.  Relaxation practices will also be done to promote awareness to the mind, body and breath.  Prenatal yoga can help improve circulation, increase comfort and awareness as well as releasing tension within the body.  This is a safe space with a welcoming community where you will be able to freely discuss thoughts and concerns.

Investment: $80 for series | Drop-ins welcome: $20 per session

Space is limited. Pre-registration is highly encouraged.  Upon registration, we will email you a questionnaire to provide your instructor with information to become familiar with you and baby. Please complete and return it to us before the sessions begin.

About Instructor: Liza Dioso received her 200 hour hot yoga certification in 2012 from Dana Hot Yoga under the tutelage of Lisa Mitchell and Rachel Hoppenstein. Liza’s voyage to the yoga mat simply began as a New Year’s resolution in 2009. Little did she know how that one challenge would drastically change her life and enhance her love of music, motherhood and creativity. While continuing her yogic journey, Liza discovered Reiki. She is Reiki Levels I, II & Advanced Level III certified under the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki lineage. It is this technique of stress reduction, and promotion of relaxation that continues to deepen her appreciation for holistic well-being. In 2012, Liza completed teacher training for children’s yoga with Childlight Yoga and restorative yoga with Bhakti Judith Curiel. In 2013 she completed certification in Yin yoga with Corina Benner.

Liza is passionate about reaching and captivating anyone who has ever thought about giving yoga a try. It is her hope that she is able to encourage everyone in seeing the world with different eyes through her lightheartedness, humor and ever growing love for her yoga practice on and off the mat. Liza’s devotion for yoga, meditation, wellness and music are apparent in her sensitive and thoughtful classes.
