Self-Care Skills for Uncertain Times

In uncertain times, it can be difficult to manage fear and stress. In this webinar, learn practical tools and techniques to bring your nervous system back into a balanced state so you can effectively manage stress and fear. We will look closely at the fear/stress response from a holistic perspective so you can identify the physiological signs and understand the interconnection of thoughts, emotions, and sensations that move us away from harmony. Learn simple self-care techniques including mindfulness practices, breathing techniques and powerful relaxation skills that work quickly and effectively. You will also create a personalized self-care plan that is appropriate for your unique lifestyle so no matter what happens, you have the support you need. 

You will need a notebook, a pen, a blanket, a comfortable place to lay down and a chair.

Lindsay Jamison

Lindsay Jamison CYT-500 is a holistic lifestyle educator and visual artist. She is certified in Inner Fire Yoga with over 1,000 hours of training in Hatha yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Usui Reiki Ryoho, Yoga therapy, Mindfulness Meditation. She teaches holistic lifestyle skills to private clients and offers groups classes/workshops based on each clients interests and needs. Lindsay currently teaches at Mellow Massage & Yoga, Do it Better Wellness and has a private practice serving clients across the Greater Philadelphia Area. You can find Lindsay’s artwork hanging on the walls of Mellow.
