Are you new to yoga or want to to brush up on your practice? This class is open to All Levels, not just beginners.

Chair Yoga for Vitality

Chair yoga is a safe yet challenging and effective practice, especially for those who do not feel supported by getting down onto a mat. In class, a variety of movements are available for everyone, we always offer many options with an emphasis on exploring what feels safe and supportive for you in each moment. If you can breath or imagine your body moving (even if there are physical restrictions like being in a wheel chair/bed) then you can practice yoga and we are passionate about supporting you in this process.

Learn how to build strength, flexibility, agility, and peace of mind with this fun and relaxing chair yoga class.

Mindfulness Meditation for Stress & Anxiety

Mindfulness Meditation is a practical lifestyle skill that teaches you how to train your brain to stay focused in the present moment with nonjudgemental awareness.  The mind is constantly busy, fluctuating with thoughts about the past and future, pulling our attention in many different directions which can create stress, anxiety and even depression. Meditation can help you to relieve stress and anxiety, lower your heart rate and blood pressure, and improve your overall physical, mental and emotional health and well-being. 

When you are able to come back to the present moment, it allows you to alleviate stress, tension and worry. You can relax into your being, let go of “doing” and find a sense of inner peace and resilience within you. After all, the only moment we have to live in is this one, right here, right now. Learn how to let things be as they are in the moment, finding ease and objectivity no matter what is happening in life. Learn how to find your center.

Mindfulness is called a practice, because it takes repetition, dedication, an open mind and a willingness to look at what is. When you dedicate yourself to a practice, researchers have found that the benefits can ripple out from the practice to affect your entire life. Repetition is what changes the neural networks in your brain so you can create permanent changes to how you operate in your daily life. Strengthen & Tone Yoga

Warm up, energize and challenge yourself in this fun vinyasa yoga style class. Strengthen & Tone Yoga is designed to uplift, stimulate and strengthen the mind-body complex. When we challenge our nervous system through a wide variety of creative movement, it makes us more adaptable and resilient in everyday life.

This challenging and fun practice will allow you to deepen your meditation practice by sharpening your focus to grow greater awareness not just on the mat, but in everyday life. Variations are always offered for all levels, including beginners, to feel safe yet challenged and supported on the mat. All levels are welcome.

Yin & Restore for Stress Relief

Stress wrecks havoc on our mind-body complex. Research has shown that it ages the body faster and makes us more prone to disease.

Yin yoga offers an opportunity to slow down and disconnect from the hustle of daily life, allowing the body and mind to access a sense of stillness. Yin Yoga uses long held poses targeting the connective tissues such as the ligaments, bones, and joints.

Restorative yoga is a similar practice that emphasizes the use of props like pillows, blankets and blocks to support your body so you can completely relax in each pose.

In this class, we stay close to the ground and hold poses for a longer period of time, from 1-10 minutes. Learn how to relax and restore your nervous system to relieve stress for greater health and vitality.

Learn a wide variety of breathing and grounding techniques to target stress relief physically, mentally and emotionally. This practice is a great compliment to balance the more active styles of yoga.
