About the Instructor: Nicole Durant started doing yoga with DVDs. She finally decided to take a class at a studio, and it changed her life! The mind/body connection yoga gave her made yoga a necessity. Yoga helped to changed her outlook on life, the way she ate, and the way she felt about her own body.
To learn more about yoga, Nicole enrolled in teacher training and completed her training in 2015 at Dana Hot Yoga. Now, Nicole shares the wonderful experience of yoga with others and has designed her classes to always have a positive theme and to be accessible to yogis of all levels.
