RESTORATIVE YOGA & THAI BODYWORK WORKSHOP

Restorative Yoga and Thai Bodywork offers the body the opportunity to unwind and de-stress from activities of daily living. Carrie will lead you through a deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga sequence, using bolsters and props to support the body, allowing you the space for deepened awareness and meditation. While you rest in each pose you’ll experience the healing effects of Thai Bodywork with Vanessa. This form of bodywork includes palm pressing, gentle stretching, and assisted yoga postures to nourish and strengthen the body’s own healing process. Space is limited so that each student can receive ample, valuable hands-on adjustments in each pose.
