This 5-week prenatal series will guide you through breathing and movement techniques which will help nurture you and your baby/babies during this very special time. Relaxation practices will also be done to promote awareness to the mind, body and breath. Prenatal yoga can help improve circulation, increase comfort and awareness as well as releasing tension within the body. This is a safe space with a welcoming community where you will be able to freely discuss thoughts and concerns.
