This 5-week series was created to guide you in your personal practice. We will work together to create a solid foundation for your practice by focusing on Yogic Philosophy, basic alignment principles and meditation.
Each class will include breathwork, movement, meditation and discussion.

About the Instructor: Sati Rose has been teaching Yoga for almost fifteen years. She has been seeing clients in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas offering group class, private teaching, Thai Massage, and Breathwork. She became initiated and certified into the Hatha Yoga tradition of teaching by David Newman and Inner Fire Yoga in 2001 and began teaching Hatha Yoga right away. Following Sati's schooling and teaching in Hatha Yoga, she then went on to become initiated into the Kundalini Yoga tradition (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) and taught by Sada Sat Singh and Kaur in 2003. She is a 3HO certified Kundalini Instructor. She is a member of The International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA 225). Sati is also a Yoga Alliance certified and insured instructor (RYT 500).
