In this workshop you will learn two different series to take care of the low back.The first is called the Morning Series to stretch, loosen and warm up the lower back first thing in the morning or to unwind at the end of the day.The second series stretches and releases the muscles of the lower back. Tight hamstrings and hip flexors contribute to 90% of lower back pain, so all who practice these exercises will benefit finding relief from tension and pain. $40

ERNESTO F. BUSTAMANTE, (E-RYT 500) is a Purna Yoga Instructor from The College of Purna Yoga in Bellevue, WA, and a Kundalini Yoga Instructor from Golden Bridge Yoga NYC/LA at the 200 hour level. He has been teaching since 2008. He currently studies with Yoga Master Aadil Palkhivala and has also studied with Gurumukh Khalsa, Nevine Michaan, Shiva Rea and Maty Ezraty. His priority is to teach students that each instant of their lives holds an opportunity to express a better version of yourself. This formula, in addition to the physical postures and pranayama include proper nutrition, philosophy, lifestyle and heartful meditation.
